Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Cape Town. The standard delivery time for orders is 5-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, delivery time may vary. 

Due to the quick processing time at our distribution centre, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. 

Please Note: We continue to fulfil orders safely and in a timely manner, but some customers are experiencing delivery delays due to carrier transit time. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery for each order - so please understand the increased level of risk to delivery time frames. We thank you for your patience.

Risk of Loss

Except as otherwise noted, once ForevaGrace (the seller) has handed off your order to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss and title of the products purchased passes to you (the buyer).
